There has being uproar since the last six federal appointments made by President Buhari. I hope this sentiments will not create distrust among the President Party to the extent that the opposition party will mock at them. The promised changed by the Governing All Progressive Congress [APC] is not clear to the public, particularly those below the poverty line. So, what does Change mean in Nigeria? Is it just the replacement of the former President and his Ministers? Or Is it just a mantra to win election? As a citizen of Nigeria, I wish to ask, do we really know the number of offices the President has to replace by appointments? we know the number of Ministers we ought to have, though yet to be appointed.
