Wickedness in High Places

The idea of leadership is age long. It began even before the world was created, because it is true that we exited as spirit children of a creator, Himself our supreme leader, who is just, kind and loving of us all. In the premarital world where we were spirits, the leadership was sublime above what any earthly mortal could provide. But, I believe that the intention of our supreme creator, the Almighty God was that we act exactly like Him. It is for this reason that he gave each and every one of families no matter our sexual orientation and gave us choices and freedoms.

    In the family, we learn to lead and practice how to lead as fathers, mothers and children. This school in every family cost nothing and needs no teaching materials except the example of the participants. This family school is located anywhere there is a family on the planet earth.

    The surprising thing with this school is that there is high rate of failure by the students of this school. In Nigeria for instance, there are 774 local Government Chairman, there are not up to 4 of these Chairmen that passed above average as leaders and they have been all their lives members of families.      

     We know there are 36 governors in Nigeria, we cannot count 6 that passed average mark as leaders. And they come from families.

      The unknown amoeba shaped Federal Executive Council of Nigeria with the head, are redefining leadership as carelessness and fraud. Their unserious pattern has being the concerns of the majority of  the enlightened citizen because it is no longer a secret that over 75% of the institutions of  government in the three ties of government are not functioning. Worst of all is the education and health services of Nigeria.

      So, I want to ask?

       1. Who is wrong or what has gone wrong?

        2. Who is to blame, family or family members who refused to learn and practice leadership?

When the Almighty God taught us leadership by His example in the pre mortal life we refused to learn, some will say, we do not remember anything like that, the all knowing and mindful God gave us family and we refused to learn and practice. The only option was God coming to be with us in the flesh and showed us leadership per excellence.

       To lead is to inspire positively.

        To lead is to know the truth and apply

        To lead is to serve

         To lead is to build positive faith in what you are doing.

In the leadership circle in Nigeria of today these options are lacking. And it should be your desires to end selfishness and greed in leadership as as the solution to the aberration going on in Nigeria.
